A message dated June 1, 2000, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to regulation of managed care insurance plans;               
amending Rule 602, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and
